-Was ist deine Stärke?
Meine große Stärke ist, dass ich sehr leicht mit anderen Menschen in Kontakt komme. Ich hab keine Scheu, Fragen zu stellen und mich auf Neues einzulassen. Ich liebe Veränderung und Bewegung und hab großes Vertrauen ins Leben und mein Gegenüber. Ich würde mich als resilient bezeichnen, liebe Struktur und Ordnung und gehe mit offenen Sinnen durch die Welt.
-Was war deine Motivation, > KUKLA < zu gründen?
Es wurde schnell klar, dass KUKLA zu jedem Frauentypus, jedem Anlass und jedem Kleiderschrank passt. Zusätzlich steht jede Frau mindestens ein Mal pro Woche vor der Situation, in kurzer Zeit gut angezogen sein zu wollen. All das ist durch das variable Wickelkleid möglich 🙂 Natürlich hatte ich von Anfang an einmalige Unterstützung durch meine Business Angels und das Unternehmensgründungsprogramm des AMS, das mir ermöglicht hat, mich ein Jahr lang zu 100% auf den Produktlaunch vorzubereiten, das war extrem wichtig und entscheidend, um madamekukla zu gründen!
-Was war deine schwierigste und beste berufliche Erfahrung bisher?
In meinem bisherigen beruflichen Leben war einschneidend mitzuerleben, was es bedeutet, wenn Menschen ihrem Gegenüber nicht vertrauen und geringschätzen. Es entsteht eine giftige Atmosphäre die eine ehrliche und sinnstiftende Zusammenarbeit verhindert, das war sehr traurig, anstrengend und darüber hinaus natürlich völlig spaßbefreit – und letzteres braucht es – neben dem wirtschaftlichen Erfolg – meines Erachtens definitiv, um langfristig ein Unternehmen auf solide Beine zu stellen und voran zu kommen.
Ja und die beste Erfahrung war meine bisherige Selbständigkeit, das Feedback meiner Kunden und Kooperationspartner und die Türen, die sich jeden Tag aufs Neue auftun – das beflügelt und ist super spannend!
-Was macht dich glücklich?
Der Kaffee am Morgen, meine einmaligen Freunde und Family, meine liebe Magdalena (Mitarbeiterin) und Geschichten hinter Persönlichkeiten… und natürlich meine lieben Kundinnen.

-What is your strength?
My greatest strength is, that I connect easily with others. I am not shy, to ask questions or to adapt to new things. I love change and movement. I have a deep believe and trust in life itself and my counterpart. I would call myself resilient. I love structure and order. I go through the world with the open senses for so many things.
-What was your motivatiopn to found > KUKLA <?
I realised quickly, that > KUKLA < fits for every type of woman, every occasion and every wardrobe. In addition tot hat, every woman has this situation once a week, tob e dressed wonderful in a short amount of tome. And our wrap dress makes this possible. Of course I had that great unique support from my business angels from the beginning. And the AMS founder program made it possible for me, to prepare one year for 100 Percent on the product launch. That was really important and essential, to found madamekukla.
-What was your best and what was your most difficult working experience so far?
In my career it was essential to see, what it means, when people do not trust their or do not appreciate their counterpart. That creates a toxic atmosphere. It prevents a sense making and honest together, working cooperation. This was very sad, exhausting and far away from any humour. In my opinion there has to be joy and laughter besides the economic success, to make a company stand on solid ground for a long term perspective and to get forward with your business. Yes, and the best decision for me so far is my self-employment, my customers, cooperations and all doors, that open daily again and again. This is very inspirina and exciting.
-What makes you happy?
Coffee in the morning, my unique friends and family, my lovely Magdalena & stories behind the personalities… and of course my wonderful customers.

-Was ist deine größte Kompetenz?
Ich habe früh gelernt auf meinen eigenen Beinen, mitten im Leben zu stehen und mich nicht von anderen Leuten/Ereignissen beeinflussen zu lassen. Außerdem suche und finde ich in Allem & Jedem das Positive (zumindest versuche ich es). Diese Eigenschaft ist natürlich oft mit Enttäuschung verbunden, das hält mich jedoch nicht davon ab. Ich motiviere mich gerne selbst und vor allem auch die Menschen um mich herum, erfreue mich an den wundervollen Kleinigkeiten, die das Leben so bietet und genieße jeden Augenblick.
-Was ist deine Motivation, bei > KUKLA < zu arbeiten?
Anfangs war ich bloß auf der Suche nach einem Nebenjob, da ich auf der Hauptuni studiere. Mit der Zeit entpuppte sich die Arbeit mit Madame Kukla als intensiv und ich bin sehr happy darüber. Dank meinem wundervollen Boss, der kreativen Aufgabenbereiche und der flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, freue ich mich jeden Morgen auf meine Mails, Brainstorming-Momente mit Stefanie, auf diverse Termine und neue Herausforderungen. Jeder kann sich glücklich schätzen, einen Beruf zu finden, in dem man sich verwirklichen kann. Ich bin so jemand geworden und dafür sehr dankbar – immer wieder aufs Neue!
-Was war deine schwierigste & beste berufliche Erfahrung bisher?
Die schwierigste Erfahrung war mit Sicherheit der Besuch der Stoffmesse in München. Ich machte mich alleine auf den Weg dorthin und alles war neu für mich… Die vielen Stoffanbieter, die unterschiedlichsten Fabrikate – es war eine große Challenge, mich in diesem Fashion-Dschungel zu recht zu finden. Schließlich war es die richtige Entscheidung, mutig zu sein und mich durchzukämpfen. Einen Stoff, welchen ich aussuchte, lassen wir bald in Wien vernähen und das neue Kleidungsstück ist ab Dezember erhältlich!
Somit war es die schwierigste und zugleich beste berufliche Erfahrung bisher.
-Was macht dich glücklich, wovon distanzierst du dich?
Glücklich machen mich meine Freunde/meine Familie, die Natur, die Gewissheit meine Kreativität ausleben zu dürfen und natürlich gutes Essen!
Ich distanziere mich von den vielen Energievampiren, die leider immer wieder frei herumstreichen.
Zum Glück habe ich viele supercoole Freunde/Bekannte und bin nicht auf die Gesellschaft von jenen angewiesen, die schlechte Laune verbreiten und unzufrieden anderen Mitmenschen die Stimmung vermiesen. Dafür ist mir die Zeit zu kostbar und ich werde immer besser darin, es nicht allen Leuten recht zu machen. Auf die Dauer bringt einem das nämlich nichts und hey Leute: You only live once!

-What is your greatest competence?
I learned tob e independent early. And to stand on my on feet, not letting myself being influenced by people or circumstances. I really try to see the good in everything and everybody. This characteristic is of course often connected with disappointments. But it doesn`t prevent me from doing it that way. I like to motivate myself and especially the people around me. I find joy in the small things that life offers and enjoy every single moment.
-What was your motivation, to work at > KUKLA < ?
At first I just wanted to find a part time job, because I am studying on university. With the time, my work at Madame Kukla git very intense and I am happy about that. Thanks to my wonderful Boss, the creative and flexible working hours, every morning I am looking forward to my emails, brainstorming moments with Stefanie, different meetings and new challenges. Everyone can count himself as lucky, to find a job, to realize himself. I am someone like that and I am grateful for that again and again.
-What was your best and what was harshest working experience so far?
The most difficult experience was the material fair in Munich. I was there on my own and everything was new for me. So many textile, material suppliers, different fabrics – that was a huge challenge, to find orientation in this fashion jungle. But it was a good decision to have the courage and to fight myself through it. Some fabric, that I picked, a new textile to sew, is gonna be available in December. That is why it was my most difficult and my best working experience.
-What makes you happy, what makes you keep your distance?
My friends, my family, nature, to have the certainty to live my creativity and of course good food – make me happy. I distance myself from energy vampires, that unfortunately are always creeping around.
I have lots of cool friends and contacts, so I am not depending on people, who are frustrated and spoiling the good mood of others. My time is too precious for that. I keep getting better in not feeling the need to please everybody. That doesn`t lead anywhere. And guys…You only live once!
